Terms of Service — Illuminator InternHub

• By using our Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to participate in programs.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

Program terms (duration, stipend, deliverables, remote/on-site) are specified in individual offers. Placements depend on selection criteria and partner requirements.

• Participants should maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and complete program commitments.
• Confidentiality agreements must be respected; proprietary company work belongs to the host company as specified.
• You retain ownership of personal work (e.g., portfolio) unless otherwise agreed in a host-company agreement.

• No sharing of credentials or unauthorized account access.
• No false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• No plagiarism, IP theft, harassment, or illegal use of the Service.

All platform materials (content, code, trademarks) are the property of Illuminator Global or licensors. Use only as authorized. Display or use of our trademarks requires written permission.

Fees must be paid per invoicing instructions. Fees are generally non‑refundable; exceptions follow the Refund Policy. Payments are processed via approved third‑party payment processors; we do not store full card data on our servers.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

Services are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee employment outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding any claim (or INR 10,000 if lesser).

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Parties will attempt good‑faith resolution; unresolved disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, unless local law requires a different forum.
